Guidelines for a Smooth Experience

Studio Policies

All classes will be confirmed with text or email if opted in.
Payments are made through Mindbody online or the app.
Call or text for more Private and Duet session times.
All classes require advanced reservations and payment.
Classes are 50 minutes in length.
Opt in for texts and emails to get promotion info and the best prices.
Surveillance cameras are recording studio sessions.
Please only enroll in advanced level classes if uninjured and modifications are not needed.
Please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges ($15 for unlimited, class forfeiture for packages or single use.
Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to work barefoot or with sticky socks.
Introductory specials are for new clients and can only by redeemed once.
Scheduling begins at noon on the 5th of the previous month for ALL clients. You must have class credits in your account to register for a class.
Unlimited clients are allowed one registration per day(includes waitlist).
Class packages do not roll over. Please use all classes in allotted time frame. Sessions are most affordable when you commit to a weekly practice.
Students on a waitlist will be notified no later than 12 hours ahead. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if last minute availability does not work for you.
