All classes require advanced reservations and payment.
Classes are 55 minutes in length.

Please only enroll in advanced level classes if uninjured and modifications are not needed.
Please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to work barefoot or with sticky socks.
Introductory specials are for new clients and can only by redeemed once.
Class packages do not roll over. Please use all classes in allotted time frame. Sessions are most affordable when you commit to a weekly practice!
Students on a waitlist will be notified no later than 2 hours ahead. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if last minute availability does not work for you.
